Stephanie Seiler is the Lead Postdoctoral Research Associate with NCPRE. She earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2011 from Illinois. Prior to joining the team, Stephanie worked in industry for five years as a Selection and Assessment Manager and then as the Director of Research and Development for a leading personnel selection company. In these roles, she was responsible for customer research, consulting, and development of innovative employee assessments. Stephanie previously worked with C.K. Gunsalus and Michael Loui on the NSF-funded project: Role-Play Scenarios for Teaching Responsible Conduct of Research, where she delivered Responsible Conduct of Research training sessions and collaborated on research to evaluate training effectiveness.
