Seonghee Cho is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the National Center for Professional & Research Ethics. She earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois in 2016. Her research focuses primarily on emotion and health in the workplace. Specifically, Seonghee applies advanced psychometric strategies to examine the quality of non-cognitive ability measures, such as personality assessments, in order to improve their measurement. She also studies organizational health psychology, conducting multilevel modeling analyses to explain the mechanisms of employee health, safety, and well-being using longitudinal and diary data.
